  • Fly Lady
This site is great for people who are a little disorganized and need help in de-cluttering their homes. She’s funny, she’s sympathetic, and she is LOADED with helpful ideas. No one’s a loser in her book – we’re all able to improve and be better housekeepers!!!
  • Marmee Dear
This site is run by a stay-at-home mother of 11 who has homeschooled her children and successfully written several really neat housekeeping books and recipe books. She has large books and little books – something for everyone’s price range. The books are old-fashioned in design, and she adds TONS of wonderful recipes – tried and eaten by her own clan of tastetesters. Great ideas for making meals special and decorating for special events. This site is for any woman wanting to make her home more special and cozy.
  • Garden Gate Cards
Loretta Hayward is the artist for these amazing cards.  Her family raises rabbits in rural SC and she designs clothing and props for the rabbits, then photographs them in the cutest poses for her cards. Many cards have Bible verses printed on them – these cards are a must see!
  • Homeschoolblogger.com
Supremely cool place to journalize your homeschooling life!  I even have a blog – the writer in me finally has an outlet beside editing other people’s work!  Started by The Old Schoolhouse people, this is the nicest place to meet fellow homeschoolers, share ideas, vent frustrations, receive encouragement – and sometimes just have fun!  I encourage any homeschooler to go visit this site.
  • Hope Chest Legacy
Rebekah Wilson has a beautiful site for all things Hope Chest related! PLUS – She can REALLY tell a good story! She has several books available. Her Grandmother’s Hope Chest series is really neat – each book tells a story and explains in detail how to complete a particular hand-sewing project. Many of her books have matching kits available for purchase. She sells paper doll sets, beautiful dipping pens, and colored inks.
  • Joyous Home
Theresa Powers has a great site for ladies and for little ladies to be! Loads of encouraging content, tips on baking, and a wonderful new magazine just started in 2007! Seasons At Home is the most lovely magazine for homekeepers – absolutely overflowing with articles on teas, gardening, home births, family life, good reading, baking, cooking, decorating – you name it!
